My b2evolution Version:

I'm trying to add a list of latest comments in my sidebar. I'm using the core widget 'comments list', but all it does is list the author and the name of post. It's been a while, but I could have sworn there was a way to list an excerpt of the comment as well? But I can't find such an option, nor can I find anything in the plugins or via a forum search.

Can anyone help?
