My b2evolution Version: 4

How do I get rid of this error in 4.0.3:

Illegal tag: iframe
(Note: To get rid of the above validation warnings, you can deactivate unwanted validation rules in your Group settings.)
Invalid content.

I go to Group Settings but I can't seem to find where to allow iFrames, etc.

Nevermind - I just realized I have to change perms for the user group, not the user
