My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hi, Newbie here, I'm trying to install the software but I've hit my first hurdle.

I uploaded the blogs file to my root directory using Filezilla FTP. (Well done me!!)

What do I need to do next? The instructions are not too clear and I'm not sure where to start, any help appreciated.

PS. Am I right in saying that I can point my domain name from my host straight to the /blogs file to make the connection?
