Need help creating skin

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I'm brand new to b2evolution. Have a pre-existing layout in my website that I'd like to make my blog skin. Trying to follow the directions, but I can't find the skins directory to even get started. Pls help!

I have the same question. I have to wonder why there is no response here explaining where to find the skins directory

on your server, at the root of your blog files, there is a directory called skins
