hi,

i'm trying to use b2evo on my PC running IIS, mysql. i'm a newbie to setting up b2evo, so would appreciate some help.

is apache required? there doesn't seem to be a step-by-step instruction page for fresh installation? do i need to create a mysql database manually.

i could run the install.php but just like one of the posts in the forum, i arrive at a blank page after filling in the details of the database, url, password etc.
