[2.x] Upgrade from 2.4.1 to 3.3.3. or to 4.0.3?

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I am not a PC programmer so I need some specifics on answers.

I am running on vers 2.4.1 and loaded up several blog pages and several post per page. What advantage would I optain going to 3.3.3 or 4.0.3 and which to go to or should I just stay at 2.4.1?

I backed up the entire b2 site from my server to my personal PC. If I upgrade, which folders or files to restore (I know the /conf, /media, and /skins, what is the MSQL database file names)?

Welcome to the forums

You can't restore /conf and /skins completely, restore individual skins and your customizations instead.

If you are ok with b2evo v2 then there's no need to upgrade. If you would, then go with the latest stable version which is currently 4.0.4
