My b2evolution Version: 4.0.5

Okay, I am running 2.4.6 but want to upgrade to 4.0.5. So I backed up my database, created a new one, restored into the new one. I uploaded the 4.0.5 files into a new directory. copied over the _basic_config and changed the necessary stuff, then ran the install. Everything was going well then it stalled at Upgrading hitlog...:

Creating DB schema version checkpoint at 9980... OK. (Elapsed upgrade time: 277 seconds)
Upgrading hitlog...

Any ideas?
