My b2evolution Version: 4.0.5

I upgraded from v3 to v4.0.5, and now my friend can't post. We run a site and each of us has a blog. I can post to either blog with no problem, but he can't post to either. I had him try with my username, and the same result. When he tries, it doesn't give any error or anything, but it doesn't show up on the page. I can look in the MySql database for Items_item, and it is there, but if I try to direct link to the post such as http://www.runtheville.com/b2blog/index.php?p=443 it just takes you to a page that says "Sorry, there is nothing to display..."
I don't know if it is some kind of firewall issue or what. He has tried from 2 different computers, both from work and from home with the same result. Running default Miami Blue skin with no modifications. Also running MySql 5.0.92-community, and PHP 5.2.13.
