Too much trouble, but you can edit twitter plugin to catch up some shortcode in post content and use it as a template/tag for current tweet

Specifically, I want to ensure that the tags I associate with the post make it to Twitter. The Twitter plugin enables a set of tags but it doesn't dynamically take them from the post - it only uses what is pre-programmed.
