[4.x] V4.1.1 General Tab Not Available

My b2evolution Version: 4.x

I run a number of sites using B2Evo. In updating to V4.1.1 I have found that when logged in under Global Settings the General tab is not clickable; the other tabs are available. Is this a bug and/or is there a solution.

Tried but failed. In fact the Global Settings page on one site where I tried the reload now gives me the error 'The requested controller [general] does not exist.' Posted to the link http://forums.b2evolution.net/...hp?t=22940
