Where should I start upgrading.
I'm running version 3.3 but I'm testing 4.1.2 that would like to upgrade.
How to?
Long ago I put new files overwrite the old files. After that start to upgrade...

The same procedure applies.
Dont forget to get a backup first.
Alternatively you can copy your install to root/upgr and make the upgrade there, test it and if everything goes well, delete root and move root/ugpr to /root. That's how i usually do to make it fail safe
