How do I change color of header?

I'd like to change the color of my header. Is there some simple way to do this from the dashboard?

If so, how?

If not, what files do I need to change, and how do I access them?

What skin are you using? Look for style.css file in the skin folder.

There is actually but only if the skin has it as a setting, most of them dont.Check chita skin, it may not be the best, but there are a lot of settings to fiddle with.And also Mystique skin.
