[4.1.x] PHP change doesn't take effect immediately

My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

When I change a PHP file (specifically /skins/terrafirma/index.main.php), changes do not seem to take effect immediately.

I tried tinkering with many settings (Global Settings - Relead-page timeout etc.) to no effect. Can someone help?

I don't have this issue with PHP's outside B2E, so it has to be a setting within B2E.

That doesnt make sense much.

Just to be safe, you could try turning off your blog & general caches.

Most likely it's gotta be your browser cache
