My b2evolution Version: 3.x

Hi, I tried giving a normal user "blogger" status. The result was they could do absolutely nothing. I tried giving user "blogger" status with level 2, user could do absolutely nothing. I tried giving "privileged blogger" status to said user. The user could then delete every single post within the blogs, but still could not create new posts. I feel like I'm being mocked by b2evoltion.
