My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

Hi,

I would like to learn how to use web developer in bsevolution. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/web-developer/

In other words I want to learn very basic web development (I think you call it) - and use web developer as the tool.

What is the best way to learn the basics? Almost all the posts I have read here and elsewhere assume that you know the basics. I'm look for the very start - eg. what is a php file? how do I Add something to the top of _item_block.php file in your skin etc
