i would like to know where i have to store my username/password of twitter plugin ?
because it's doesn't ask me when i post to my blog

You only need to link your twitter account once. The settings are stored in the database.

What version are you using? In v4.1 you can go to "Edit your profile" > Advanced > "Click here to link to your twitter account"

I believe earlier versions of b2evolution don't support current Twitter API
