The CSS on the toolbar isn't working on our index page. If you click on 'dashboard' it appears as normal, but otherwise it just shows as a list like so: http://puu.sh/GNNn

If I inspect element on the toolbar on the index page you can see there is no css being applied: http://puu.sh/GNNv

However, as with before, if I click on the dashboard you can see that div#evo_toolbar is being actioned like so: http://puu.sh/GNOh

Would appreciate if someone could help. It could be conflicting CSS I guess but I'm not sure what one would change to reverse this effect.
