[4.1.x] SPAM comments

My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

When someone comments on my site, its goes into draft mode. I then when I review it get an option with a minuscule Ø. If I press that it asks to confirm and if yes it both deletes the comment and sets the website quoted as abuse to b2evolution.

Three problems with it.

Unlike the old version the minuscule Ø, cannot be left click so it does this processing in a new tab, the user has to keep going back and forwards.

Also could the confirmation be taken out. as I have already decided to take it out, it would be much faster delete.

Lastly could the position of both the minuscule Ø and the delete be fixed on the screen so a key macro could be setup to delete then offensive comment automatically.

In v5 there is a one click "delete comment" button that puts it into a recycle bin in Ajax. It is super fast and efficient.

Thanks, I will update once it becomes stable. I am sure it will be a big help
