I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious here, but I'm going mad trying to find the answer.

I have two blogs - one runs on 0.8.7 and I have the option to edit the date and time of posts, the other is on 0.9.0.10 and I don't seem to have that option. Does it need to be enabled somewhere, or has that function been retired?
