I should also take this time to point out that anyone who doesn't keep their blacklist up to date with the central blacklist should not bother reporting to the central blacklist. I've spent a lot of time getting rid of reports that wouldn't have been made if the user had their list updated.

The only other thing I can think of is that my upstream (I am at a university) blocks something.

You might try it from an off-campus computer and see if that makes a difference.

Alright, I fixed that. I had upgraded my Linux distribution, and apparently, something with the PHP upgrade went wrong. It is working again now.
