While I wait for my eyes to uncross after staring at the schema, maybe someone can humor me here. :)

I'm trying to find a way to create a user and a blog (both with the same name) without touching the web interface at all. This should be possible, but I'm still not really clear on the whole privilege levels thing. I'm not looking to take this as far as some folks have done (but not released code for) with "self registration", but the basic idea is the same.

Any pointers for me?
