I'm glad i found this place out, and I need help very much. You see, I intend to make the posts on my site such that when I want to post news, it will go like this;
"topic"
"blahblahblahblahblahb"
read more
will this be possible? so that when ppl want to read more all they have to do is to click and the full content will be shown? May I know if this is possible asI had previously used a script which can do this, show part of the news then the full news..

Yes, that is possible. b2evolution uses a special tag that looks like this:
Put that in your post. Everything above it will be shown on your main page, and everything below it will be shown when the user clicks on 'Read more.' There's a toolbar just above the posting area that has this and some of the other formatting tags you can use.
