No, there isn't, and there isn't a way to edit the code that I know of to achieve this. I'm sure there is a way, but it will be a major re-write.

the only thing I can come up with if that you check the category number of the post in question.

If a certain post is in a certain category, don't show it..
That is only workeble if you do not have zillion categories in that particelar blog.
