Is this a brand new installation? Did anything ever work including simple stuff like the initialization pages where you check a radio button for the type of installation you are doing? What version of b2evolution are you running or trying to run?
By the way I get a completely blank page when I visit your URL - no error messages, no text, nothing.
Okay - you're working on it. I see now where you are trying to install version 12. I hope you also added the patch files! Check back if you still have troubles and we can work it all out.
