b2evolution.net is, well, another blog with the old version of the table - the one with the keyword that blocks you. Sorry, but I can't do anything about that because I don't have access to the database.
You weren't blacklisted, but italy.com was. Close enough eh? Seems a heck of a lot of people took advantage of their offer of a free subdomain and used them to push pills of various kinds, so of course the pill pushers started spamming, so of course people reported, so the logical ban was italy.com - catch many spammers with the smallest bit possible. Semi-redundant in that most of the popular drug names are also banned keywords. It's possible that italy.com itself also spammed everyone who reported it, but I took a risk and converted italy.com into .italy.com - which effectively frees your site from blacklisting. The risk is that if italy.com is actively spamming then we'll get tons of reports for it (no subdomain part) and pretty much have to ban it.
The problem now is that everyone who has the full list will still have you banned by accident. There are a couple of solutions to this that you can suggest to those you want to link to or comment at: they can edit their own list by clicking the green check mark next to italy.com on their antispam tab, or use this hack if they have v0.9.0.* or this hack if they have v0.9.1.
