Note sure if this is a bug with b2evolution 0.9.1, so I'll post it here.

Login as admin and you're presented with a page that has the tab labeled "write' highlighted and your blogs listed in a row next to the red title: "New Post In Blog". Click on the link that represents the blog you would like to make a new post in. In my case it is the 'stories' blog which is between 'all' and 'linkblog'.

The upload file button has gone missing! It's brothers and sisters are still there: "Preview" "Save!" and "Spellcheck". But no file upload button! It was there when I installed the application, but not any more.

Is there a configuration setting that I need to check? Or is this a bug that I need to report?

P.S. I've done a fresh install of the application and I've somehow managed to loose the upload button again! This is after doing some configuration via the web interface (I've done nothing to the code outside of the web interface). Please help!
