How do I generate _globals.php from messages.po?

Hi,

I have to change some of the german translations from the "Du" to the more formal "Sie". I have found poEdit to change the messages.po but that don't reflect the changes in b2evo.

I found that the changes have to be made in _globals.php but it says that this file is supposed to be generated from messages.po

So how can I generate it?
