Ok, I have looked in the faq and searched the forums. The documentation with b2evolution is skeletal. Please help.

I uploaded all content of the /blog/ dir into my weblogs.domain.com/b2/ dir. I telnet into my site and enter the /install/ dir. From my telnet command line, I type "_functions_install.php". I receive "_functions_install.php: command not found". I do not see any other script which appears to be an install routine. Will someone please tell me what to do?
