Not getting notifications

Hi All,

I've been blogging using b2evolution for about a month and enjoying it so far!

The only problem I have is I am not receiving notifications when I get comments on my blogs. I do have a tick in the box next to "Check this to receive notification ..."

My version is b2evo v 0.9.0.12

Anything I can try?

Is there any way I can modify the php to use my SMTP server at home?
