Hi id appriciate any help please i cant upload pics to my mesages and i get the message below -
i dont know how to give permission can you please help?

This has been explained a umbelievable amount of times here.

And this should be moved to General Questions, as User Administration is about managing users.
Heres the answer:
1. Download FlashFXP
2. Open up FlashFXP
3. Right click on your blog folder
4. Go to 'CHMOD' or 'Attributes'
5. Set the permissions to '7777'
6. Apply to all files and folders.
7. Repeat Steps 5 and 6 but with the 'Sepprately Set File and Folder Attributes' option enabled
