What version of b2evolution are you using? The current stable version (0.9.1) doesn't show stats publicly. If you're not using it yet, then upgrade, and get the 0.9.1 version of any skins you're using.

I don't understand your question. If you're asking about the possibility of losing posts during an upgrade, then remember to backup your database and your files before upgrading. There should be no problem, but if you do have a problem, you'll want to have the backups.

Yes, users can still edit and delete posts in 0.9.1
