I have installed all the files and the directory. When I try to log
into the site using the username and password given, I always get
the same screen. It doesn't take me to a new screen.

I have reinstalled the files several times and it doesn't help.

the config file has been modified correctly also.

I have no idea what to do at this point besides using another program
or version. I would like to stick with this version.

I am also using the b2original skin (I was able to get in once and set things up, but not again.)
