I'm sorry if this is a noob question, I run www.savethebluths.org and when I set up the blog, it asked if I wanted the blogs truncated. I clicked no. Now I think I want them truncated so you have to click the link then it pops open and you read it. Any help on doing this? THANKS!
Also, how do I make it where it will email everyone who registered when I make a blog post? I have 300 users now, will they have to reregister?

I've never heard of or seen a "truncate" option on installation, but your goal is easily obtained. Simply click the !M button on your toolbar when you are at the point where the visitor should see the "click here to read more" link. Everything above that point is teaser and will be visible on the main page and full article permalink page. Everything below that point will be visible only on the permalink page.
