I'd like to make some changes to my blog, but I'm paranoid about things going wrong. So I'd like to copy my existing blog so I can safely tinker with the duplicate without compromising the real thing.
Is this (a) possible and (b) easy?

Yes it's very possible and as easy as making a skin that doesn't include a linkback to b2evolution.
