"upload/File Image" not available for assigned use

Amsterdam b2evo v 0.9.0.12

As the Super Admin user in the admin section, selecting "write" I have access to "upload/File Image" icon in the editor.

However when assign a blog to a user and they log in, when selecting the "write" function the "upload/File Image" icon selection in the editor is no longer available? WHY???

Please help.

Note: for the particular blog permissions for the user , all chechboxes are marked.

Yes you are right .. phew.

This will now do the job for a multi - blog install ;-)

I am new with the system .. but getting used to it quickly.
