Need to add absolute path to RSS feed

My RSS feed is not adding the domain to the feeds. This causes a problem when others try to syndicate the content. The links remain relative and do not work on other people sites.

How do I add the domain to the the start of all of the RSS links?

The blog in question is this:
http://members.greenpeace.org/gpblog/news.php
