Hello,

I am attempting to help an associate of mine with the following problem. I'd greatly appreciate any pointers to existing documentation on the issue, or any suggestions. (A search of these forums and a perusal of the online docs did not lead me to find an answer.)

We'd like to discover if and how it is possible with b2e to selectively prevent only certain entries from being archived by search engines. Outside of a templated engine like b2e I would simply add markup such as

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW, NOARCHIVE">

in the page's head section, but of course I cannot simply add that to the text of the entries in question, as it will be stripped out by b2e.

For now, I only need to do this for one or two specific entries, but I'd like to find as painless as possible a way to do this in general, for future cases that may come up.

many thanks for any suggestions or pointers,
Lee
