Click to show the articles list, at the botoom of each article there are three buttons: "edit", "delete" and "xx comments": click the "xx comments" button you'll get the comments list, you can now edit or delete each comment ;)
If you get much spam you should ensure that your antispam blacklist is up to date: click the "Antispam" tab, and then "request an update".
