Do multiuser blogs require Virtual subdomain setup, otherwise known as wildcard dns or wildcard subdomains.
My domain hosting company lunarpages says this is the requirement for WordPress MultiUser. Am looking for alternatives. Any info would be useful.

No, you don't need subdomains. A single b2evo instance can handle multiple blogs for multiple users on the same domain.
