How can I change the font size for the NextPage tag? I would like it to appear like the Read More tag.

You will basically need to edit the _main.php and/or the stylesheet for the skin you're using. If you provide a link to your site, I can give you a better idea of what needs to be changed.

Edit /skins/custom/custom.css and add this at the bottom of the file:

.center strong {
font-size: 80%;
}

Change the 80% to be whatever font size you want.

Changed but saw no effect.

I did.... big difference. Have you cleared your cache?

Cache cleared, still looks the same. Here's what my custom.css looks like.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about this part at the bottom of the page: " :: Next Page >>", but you're talking about the part that says "Pages: 1 2 3" at the end of each post that has multiple pages.

Here's what you need to do.

Edit /skins/custom/_main.php and find this part:

<?php link_pages() ?>

Replace it with this:

<?php link_pages('<p class="pages">Pages: ') ?>

Then edit your custom.css file and add this at the bottom:

p.pages {
        font-size: 80%;
}

Then edit the font size to suit you.

Sorry about not understanding your question before.
