Error: Requested Blog does not exist

"Requested Blog does not exist!"

Happens every time I try and access Files in the Admin area. People Trying to Upload also get the same error. How can I fix this?

DELETE evo_bloggroups 
FROM `evo_bloggroups` LEFT JOIN evo_blogs ON blog_ID = bloggroup_blog_ID 
WHERE blog_ID IS NULL
