Register a New User

Registration Currently Disabled
User registration is currently not allowed.

How do I fix this? I've looked in several places in the forum and have conducted multiple searches. I'm sure it's something really simple that I must be overlooking.

Your help is appreciated!

umm, in the demo i see that the first setting under the Settings tab says:

Default user rights: New users can register: Check to allow new users to register themselves.

i'm at work, cant do much more.
