Okay, so I changed the _basic_config.php file to all my settings, deleted the old directory, uploaded the new one, ran the install and everything seemed to go fine. But when I try to log in, I get:
Not Found
The requested URL /blogshtsrv/login.php was not found on this server.
What do I do?? :(

Nevermind... I figured it out... the ending slash for $baseurl = that it used to say in the _config.php file NOT to put, now has to be there in _basic_config.php for everything to work.

Note: you forgot the ending slash when you declared your base URL in the _basic_config.php file. The install screen has a fix for base configuration problems.
