How can I set up b2evolution to hace only the author or admin edit the post, I mean so that one guy can't edit other guys posts.

I use v1.8 I saw some mods for 0.9.2 but they don't seem to wotk on 1.8, any way to do this?

also, how can I stop b2evo from notifying users when someone makes a new post??? everytime it says "Notifying mebers or something like that.
