What is the current issue with the LDAP plugin? It should authenticate and create users for you if it is configured properly in the backoffice.

Hello,
I work in a environment where we use CAS, a SSO system. Does a plugin exist for b2evolution 1.8 ? The current LDAP plugin is always compatible the last version, isn't it ?
Thanks for your answer,
Corentin

Hi,
I work too with an environment where we use CAS and i'don't find a cas'plugin.
For the meantime i use b2evolution 1.8.5 with the plugin ldap and the plugin autoblog. It's ok the blog is automatically create when the people give his login and password.
I try to modify
- the admin page to introduce at the top the phpcas routine
- the htsrv/login.php to comment the
require $view_path.'login/_login_form.php';
With this modification, the CAS login appear but after i've a blank screen instead of the personal blog .
Bye Olivier

Where is the LDAP Plugin?
Thought I saw where it was included, but I can't find it.
Any docs on how it works?
Thanks

It has been moved out of b2evo into the plugins repository. See http://manual.b2evolution.net/Ldap_plugin#Location
There's no usage doc, feel free to add some to the manual page mentioned below.. :}

I copied the file form sf to the plugins directory.
How is it configured?
Where do you set the LDAP server parameters?
No Plugins appear on the Plugin page?
Thanks

Which b2evo version are you using?
It should appear in the "Display available plugins..." part, on 1.8 or newer.

I'm having a problem also. I've recently upgraded to 2.4.2, downloaded the _ldap_plugin.php file from the repositry and dumped it in the .../blogs/plugins directory. When I go to to add a new plugin I get a blank table plus a display of the content of the PHP file...
Help!
I'm afraid I've never used LDAP (or the plugin), but, Blueyed is the man to ask regarding it ;)
