1.8.1 missing event trigger :(

Thanks for adding the Logout event hook to the Plugins class that I asked for [url=http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=8637]earlier[/url]. But, erm, one problem... It doesn't get triggered anywhere :(

I expected it to come from the logout section of the login.php page, but I don't see it there. I even did a global search for "trigger_event" and another for "'logout'", but I didn't see it in either search. Did I overlook it?

PS: I hope that didn't sound ungrateful - I love all the work that you're doing and appreciate the time and effort - A LOT!!! I was all excited when I saw the new event while merging files, but then I couldn't find where it got triggered and, well.. here I am :(
