.com.cn is in the central blacklist. For any user trying to post a link to a .com.cn site, please use your antispam tab to filter for that then click the green check mark next to the filter results and unban it.
I will look at the antispam central and see what reports drove us to ban that keyword. I suspect we simply didn't realize it would be like banning .co.uk or similar. Either way, unbanning at central will NOT unban locally, so each user will have to unban locally.

Ok, ok,
I didn't think about the spam list. Maybe it would be better to have a little bit more text for the error message like:
"The URIs you used are in the ban list." or
"The URI com.cn is in the central ban list."
This would help to localice the error -- there are so much possibilities in that good thing b2evolution ;)
