I have a similar problem, except the message comes up when I enter the URL (www.kerins.org) directly into the browser.
I have a redirection from kerins.org to kerins.org/blog, but even entering the /blog URL comes up with the message.
I can't find my IP address in the blacklist or anything, not any part of my domain name, so I'm stumped. I'm using version 1.8.
Any help gratefully received!
