Flash Player Skin not showing up in post, but FLV does.

I added a flash movie to my post. It is an FLV file with a player skin created in Flash 8. The flv plays fine, but the player skin does not get loaded.

I put the same code on a static HTML page and the player shows up.

Any ideas on why the player skin doesn't show up on the blog?
