Probably the easiest way to achieve this would be to amend the BB code plugin so that it accepts an [adsense] tag that then spits out the required javascript (that way you won't be enabling "any and all" js).

I placed it so it would appear in the body of the post, just below the text and the text color blended with the text of the post. It seems to be working well, if you need further information please let me know, I should have some info on my site later this evening also!
